Cardio Drumming

Cardio Drumming is a great exercise to manage excess energies! Children will have fun drumming with an exercise ball, bucket, and tunes with a good beat! Drum Fitness encourages self-control and listening skills.  It involves bilateral movement which turns on your brain! Mrs. D’Etta Broam is a retired public school educator and a certified children’s yoga teacher.  She likes to incorporate stories, songs, and games with her instruction.  She often wears a silly hat!
